June 2013 NLE Passers Registration and Oathtaking Schedule in PRC Cebu

Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) - Cebu City Regional Office announces that the registration of license for June 2013 Nursing Board Exam passers will be starts on July 23, 2013 until August 5, 2013. 

The said registration will be done on scheduled  date in PRC SATELLITE OFFICE at One Pavillion Mall located at M. Velez St., corner Banawa St., Cebu City.

PRC added that you can file your certificate of passing /board rating on your schedule date and for those who fail to register on their scheduled date, please register at PRC -Cebu starting August 6, 2013 onwards.

NOTE: To all NLE Passers, please bring the following:

• NSO Birth Certificate with original copy
• Photocopy of Nursing Application Form (NAF)
• Photocopy of Permanent Examination Registration Record Card (PERRC)
