Updates: Registration of License of June 2013 Nursing Board Passers Announcements

Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) - Baguio City Regional Office announces that the registration of license for June 2013 Nursing Board Exam passers will be starts on July 16, 2013.

According to PRC- Baguio office, to decongest the Regional Office and to enable passers to save on travel time and expenses, the Regional Office will process initial registration in cities of  Laoag, Vigan, Cabanatuan, Dagupan and San Fernando, La Union. Dates and venues will be posted here once PRC-Baguio released the schedule.

Registrants shall personally register in order to sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals with the following requirements:

• Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal,
• 2013 Community Tax Certificate (Cedula)
• Two (2) pieces passport size picture and One (1) piece 1" x 1" picture (colored with white background and nametag: First Name, Middle Name, Last Name); and
• Initial Registration Fee pf P600.00 and Annual Registration Fee of P450.00 for 2013-2016
