Schedule of Registration for Tuguegarao Passers of the December 2012 Nursing Board Exam
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Tuguegarao regional offices announces that the schedule of initial registration for passers of the December 2012 Nurses Licensure Examination (NLE) also known as December 2012 Nursing Board Exam as will start on February 12, 2013. Passers from Nueva Vizcaya and nearby municipalities of Quirino and Isabela Provinces may opt to make their initial registration during the PRC-Tuguegarao scheduled mobile service on February 26 & 27, 2013 at Saint Mary’s University, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.
Registrants are advised to bring their Oath Forms which can be downloaded thru this link: Online Registration. Other PRC services will also be provided during the mobile service (Applications for Nursing and Criminologist Licensure Examinations and Renewal of Professional Identification Cards).

December 2012 Nurses Schedule of Registration for License Baguio, Cabanatuan, Daguapan and Laoag
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Baguio City Regional Offices announces that the schedule of registration passers in December 2012 Nurses Licensure Examination (NLE) given by the Board of Nursing in various testing centers nationwide.
Pursuant to PRC Resolution No. 2004-223 dated July 19, 2004, results of examinations are final and request for reconsideration of failing grades is not allowed.
The PRC Baguio coordinated and supervised the NLE in the cities of Baguio, Dagupan, Cabanatuan, and Laoag. The results in Baguio, 992 of 3,568 (28%) examinees successfully hurdled the test. In Dagupan, 402 of 1,743 (23%) passed while in Cabanatuan, 270 of 1,405 (19%) examinees passed. In Laoag, 291 of 850
(34%) examinees passed.
Successful examinees in Baguio, Dagupan, Cabanatuan and Laoag shall be registered by the Baguio Regional Office pursuant to Commission Office Order No. 2009-90 dated February 19, 2009 which sets a “Register Where You Applied for Exam” policy. To decongest the Regional Office and to enable passers to save on travel time and expenses, the Regional Office will process initial registration on the following dates:

- Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal;
- 2013 Community Tax Certificate (Cedula);
- Two (2) pieces passport-size pictures and One (1) piece 1”x1” picture (colored with white background and nametag);
- Original and photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate (original copy for presentation purposes only); and
- Initial Registration Fee of P600.00 and Annual Registration Fee of P450.00 for 2013-2016.

Schedule of Registration for Manila and Pampanga Passers of the December 2012 (NLE) Nursing Board Exam
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces the schedule of registration for nurses who passed the December 2012 Nurse Licensure Examination (NLE) also known December 2012 Nursing Board Exam as (for Manila and Pampanga passers ONLY) will run from February 12 to 18, 2013 at the PRC Auditorium, 5th Floor, Annex Building.
