MANILA, Philippines - The June 2018 Nurse Licensure Examination (NLE) or Nursing Board Exam Results, which include the complete list of passers, top 10 (topnotchers), top performing schools and performance of schools will be released online after several working days after the exam.
The nursing board exam was administered on Sunday and Monday, June 3 and 4, in Manila, all regional offices nationwide (Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Tacloban, Tuguegarao) and Zamboanga.
The members of the Board of Nursing who gave the licensure examination are Glenda S. Arquiza, Chairman; Carmelita C. Divinagracia, Gloria B. Arcos, Carfredda P. Dumlao, Florence C. Cawaon and Cora A. Añonuevo, Members.

RELEASE OF RESULTS
Based on PRC Resolution No. 2017-1068, the target release date of NLE or nursing board exam results is on Friday, June 22, 2018 or in twelve (12) working days after the exam.
REGISTRATION AND OATHTAKING OF PASSERS
Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will announce soon and will be done on-line. Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration.
Those who will register are required to bring the following:
- Notice of admission
- duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- 2 pieces passport size pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag)
- 2 sets of documentary stamps
Pursuant to Section 16, of Republic Act No. 9173, “all successful candidates in the examination shall be required to take an oath of professional before the Board or any government official authorized to administer oaths prior to entering upon the nursing practice.”
VERIFICATION OF RATINGS
NLE's verification of ratings (passers, non-passers, and removal) can be done online.
Visit PRC's "Verification of Rating" service and enter the required information to verify your identity. Note that this will be available in few working days after the release of results.
NOTE: If you have 'Jr" name suffix, please add it after your FIRST NAME (i.e Juan Jr ) to avoid 'no matching record found' error.
COVERAGE OF EXAMINATION
The two-day exam covered competencies in relation to the 11 key areas of responsibility contained in the Competency Standards of Nursing Practice in the Philippines. These areas are categorized as follows: patient care, empowering, enabling and enhancing competencies.
The five (5) parts of the NLE are the following:
- Nursing Practice I (Community Health Nursing)
- Nursing Practice II (Care of Healthy/At Risk Mother and Child)
- Nursing Practice III ((Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alternations - Part A)
- Nursing Practice IV ((Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alternations - Part B)
- Nursing Practice V ((Care of Clients with Physiologic and Psychosocial Alternations - Part C)
